Pros
it was a great company to start out at, i had an internship and then accepted a full-time position after graduation. they have lots of workshops to help you grow & learn post-college, and everyone is usually really helpful/nice. big, reputable company with decent PTO starting out
Cons
i got laid off because of the pandemic, but they worked us really hard before made a huge staff cut. they don’t pay as much as they should and it’s a HEAVILY customer-service based job, not so much accounting. the kitchen managers are pretty rude too. you have to have tough skin for this job to be somewhat enjoyable.
