Pros

Networking with business owners and getting to know your customers. Starting pay. Bonus monthly if you're above 100 percent. Marketing events. Owner sends thank you cards if you hit bonus and Mother's Day and Father's Day gifts and Christmas to all employees which makes it more personal able.

Cons

No room for advancement ever. Drama with leaders and employees. Tell you what you want to here to get you hired then from there it's a sold dream. Mainly the hiring district manager. Sadly, you can report them, but corporate will only believe district mgr so there's no point.

Pros

Little to none, no compassion. Just a paycheck at the end of the day.

Cons

The company talks about being friendly with their employees and says they listen to what their employees ideas are... what they fail to mention is that if your location is not performing (for whatever reason) you're forced to come up with a solution (as if you're an analyst or... not just a part timer) or be written up. So if you're a master in economy and can fix the situation, this may be the job for you. District is no help... it's kind of funny how they ALWAYS has something to say if things aren't spectacular. You could be outlining how you are doing everything you can... however the benefit of the doubt does not exist with this guy, At this job you are a property manager, uhaul customer service rep, salesman, marketer, collection agent, call center agent... all for basically minimum wage. Would give negative stars if I could.
