Pros

- They like real talents, from communication to sales. Seems to me they also like the rebel of the group that can do well in controlling general opinion and then they promote him - Some few projects give fat bonuses - Some managers care about you, talk with you at an individual level; of course, few, less than 10% - Can't call it a dream job; Can`t call it a nightmare; It`s sort of a bad dream with happy endings; I don't like or hate the company, it just trains you well and prepares you for a great carrier in management

Cons

- Most of the time there is no time but there will always be more to work on. In the end, there does not exist appreciation, or if it is, it only comes from the managers above operations(ccc$$hain of ccc$$$command) - Stress level is not your usual stress environment; Actually, it doesn't come from the actual tasks that all of us can manage very well, it comes from superiors that just throw them at y'all usual people that don't know what to do, training being done on the run forest, run - Sarcasm, Disrespect, Abuses, Threatening, Lying, or doing nothing to actually help you can be the dish of every day, given to the employee

Pros

No pros working for this company

Cons

- Mandatory unpaid holidays (unless you have PTO available to cover them). - Pay is $16/hr, and increases only seem to happen when the state raises minimum wage. - Internal IT couldn’t fix broken taskbars for 8 months. - They reward employees with occasional pizza days and “National Apple Day” events instead of actual raises. - You have to wait for approval to take breaks/lunch, and there are days when you end up skipping breaks because of call volume. - No real growth opportunities: you’re basically stuck in an L1 role unless you leave the company. - Training lasts 5 weeks where you go through Dell powerpoints for about 2 weeks before “real training”. When we started taking calls, we didn’t know how to do about 80% of the work. - Health benefits only kick in after 90 days. - High turnover rate: my training wave started with 15 people, and we were down to 3 before I left. The same thing happened in other training waves as well. They seem willing to lose money hiring and retraining people instead of giving raises or investing in employee retention. - Some L2s are unprofessional, aggressive, and defensive. Conclusion: Please avoid this company at all costs.
