Pros

The one Pro is that you get a pay check. Albeit, it is a poor one but beggars can’t be choosey.

Cons

How can I enumerate the many cons……? Let’s start. 1) Equipment. Every single PO needs to be approved by the Owner. Are you f ing kidding me. The equipment you use is outdated. If your PC dies you need to wait for days to get an old one that nobody wants to use. Ok, sorry, you get a reconfigured hard drive. The customer need support help us get that to them. 2) You are forced to sign statements that you are not eligible for overtime because you are salaried. 3) This is truly a white collar sweat shop. The chosen few get to go on a cruise with the boss for two weeks. Not a problem, by that time your soul is sold to the devil. So what do you care? 4) Phil, You the owner, tells everyone at the company party that maybe you are being shielded by those underneath him. DUH???????? Holy Shitz… 5) Phil, the money that you are getting is coming from THE SWEAT, THE WORK, from those underneath you. 6) Please look at the medical plan you are offering us… REALLY. PHIL, we are Jewish, from the same blood and race, and we are denied the manna that falls from heaven…… 7) The company has grown 200%; damn…..Share the wealth. 8) For the last five years I have been to the company party, yet not another potato has been added to my plate in the mean time you give speech,Jjerry plays his horn, and Ria sings. Thank you, 9) If you want to suffer, (I will say this, if you want to you will learn) this is the place you want to be. 10) I rather be on unemployment. 11) In all fairness, if you as the owner and expect me to touch and kiss the scroll that you placed on the entrance of our work place, I am ashamed.

No pros working for this company

Cons

- Mandatory unpaid holidays (unless you have PTO available to cover them). - Pay is $16/hr, and increases only seem to happen when the state raises minimum wage. - Internal IT couldn’t fix broken taskbars for 8 months. - They reward employees with occasional pizza days and “National Apple Day” events instead of actual raises. - You have to wait for approval to take breaks/lunch, and there are days when you end up skipping breaks because of call volume. - No real growth opportunities: you’re basically stuck in an L1 role unless you leave the company. - Training lasts 5 weeks where you go through Dell powerpoints for about 2 weeks before “real training”. When we started taking calls, we didn’t know how to do about 80% of the work. - Health benefits only kick in after 90 days. - High turnover rate: my training wave started with 15 people, and we were down to 3 before I left. The same thing happened in other training waves as well. They seem willing to lose money hiring and retraining people instead of giving raises or investing in employee retention. - Some L2s are unprofessional, aggressive, and defensive. Conclusion: Please avoid this company at all costs.
