Pros
If you need a job, it's not hard to get in here. If you are someone who is self-sufficient and can find answers on your own, it is not terrible by any means. There are opportunities for growth*
Cons
The job is not difficult but management is lacking and there is very high turnover. It is extremely unorganized and understaffed at every level. Many people get hired and leave immediately because the pay is not competitive. Processes change regularly with no notice and agents are left to deal with the consequences with little to no support from upper management when escalation is needed. You don't get holidays off, no sick days / sick pay. It makes it very difficult to maintain work / life balance. I would not recommend this job to anyone I know if they can find something else.
