Pros
Facility was close to where I lived. I was one of few people they seemed to like. Did several different contracts and was grateful to get technical/helpdesk experience in length of time that I was there. After covid everyone in my office went remote and remained that way as there was no building to go back to, so was grateful for that type of work. Only got a raise every couple contract changes. PTO is generally pretty good. Flexible schedule based on client needs. Decent benefits offered. Offered a catered lunch service when I was in the office, which was nice.
Cons
Company felt like a pressure cooker when I was hired. If you are not good with latest technology or have good poor customer service they will cut you or don't meet their metrics they'll cut you. No paid holidays, have to use PTO for anything outside of scheduled work hours. Pay is low in typcial call center/tech support rate, so unless you're a team lead, upper management, or have a damn good excuse, good luck asking for a raise. Contract lengths getting shorter in recent years (avg 6 mons), so if they think you would be a good fit, there's no set period of when they will pull you aside for a meeting to give you the project scope, like they're dragging their feet to get client to sign the contract. Management is terrible and always hard to contact since most employees are remote, so not really a company directory. Management is promoted from within so most of them are people pulled off the floor and do not always have best business acumen/leadership. Overall, company has gone downhill, and would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
