Pros
While I met many wonderful people here, there were many in management who were disingenuous and were masters of gaslighting.
Cons
Management consistently deceived employees and set them up for failure. I have witnessed employees in tears due to the treatment and many who would suddenly quit. Managers would often give conflicting instructions, asking employees to do one thing while later denying it to other managers. Employees were forced to keep records of their communications with managers to prove they were following orders. Upper management would then cover for the dishonest managers, allowing them to throw their employees under the bus. When others tried to defend these employees, management turned against them. HR refused to offer any help. This company claims to care, but it's all smoke and mirrors. I’ve seen employees given two roles at once in two different departments, expected to work around the clock including weekends, all while being severely underpaid.
