Pros
-pay is a bit above minimum wage -able to work from home -phone status goes into acw by default after call allowing you to finish notes if a customer hangs up abruptly or to call someone back if disconnected. -they supply the computer, keyboard and mouse for the position -I love that customer service takes priority over aht as most places don't think that way -set career path that allows for more training for other positions and can increase in pay once you advance -pay for performance is based on customer satisfaction and you can earn up to $200 per month in bonus if qualified
Cons
-no benefits until employed for two years -their tech policy only allows for 2 hours max time and sometimes it takes an hour just to reach their telephone support. - the support structure could be better set up to more efficiently help agents with calls.
