Pros
Friendly family like staff, TL's offer great support, and team leaders are extremely open with policy changes. Helpful tools (when they work).
Cons
HR is a joke. No time for real family. After almost two years reached max pay. Shift accommodation minimum being that it's a bid system, and subject to change bye weekly. Extreme amounts of mandatory overtime thus further decreasing family time. With main focus being the bottom line not the employees.
