Pros

work at home, what's not to love? loaned a computer and ipod no drug testing, not that I would have failed

Cons

one hand doesn't know what the other is doing short training time no support in chat while on phones hard to get a simple question answered in other departments like payroll 'release' process needs a lot of work My mother died and as a full-time employee I got three paid days off. Unfortunately my mother's estate took more than three days to take care of, and so eventually I was let go. It took me more than a month after I was fired to get those 3 paid days in check form, and endless emails with at least three different people. I did get unemployment however, because all I ever heard when I called out was, 'bereavement is only three days' before I got fired, so there was not any warning about how I'd be let go if I continued calling out. So there's that. This is how I was fired: 'Went' to work, worked about 3 hours. Took a break, came back and the programs had shut me out. Tried to log back in, could not do so. Texted TL and the TL in charge of pay, one replied. 'Due to too many missed days of work, the company has decided to release you from employment. Good luck with your future endeavors.' Texted back that I had been actually WORKING and no one bothered to say anything in chat, or call me on the phone, they just shut me out in the middle of my work day. Got another text that said the same thing, with an added, 'This issue is now closed.' Well, thanks. So fired with no warning, while working, and I cannot ask about it? Great employee relations stuff there! And the 4-7 people I was emailing/chatting with during my time out for my mother's death? Not ONE said anything resembling 'I'm sorry for your loss.' Plus, the interview process takes almost a month to complete, there are jobs where you get hired almost right away, Concentrix has a class about once a month it seems, and if you miss it, then they drag out the process to keep you on the hook until the next class.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Paid training Always hiring Occasional snacks Some managers are cool

Cons

Lie about base pay and pay structure Most bonus pay is tied to surveys so things outside of your control will screw you. (i.e. customer asking for something your not allowed to do so they rate you badly on the survey.) Office politics and some terrible managers that will go out of their way to get you in trouble.(i.e. You had a technical issue during a call and had to disconnect[not uncommon thing] and they'll bring it up with upper management acting like you hung up for no reason. Schedule will change constantly and often little notice. -Mandatory hour cuts and overtime within 2 weeks of each other -Schedule can shift from M-F 8 to 5 to Thursday to Monday 1 to 10. HR will lead you on about opportunities in other departments but they never actually open for you.
