Pros

I've been in the call center business since 2013. I have working for 4 different call center environments and have held positions upwards into management. I was hired to work here in 2018 and within 5 months I was promoted to my current position. Even as an agent I really enjoyed working here. The atmosphere, the culture and people I work along side of are really great. If you're looking for a place to work where you can grow and learn, this is a great place. They are constantly providing some sort of lunch, or treat and special event days to keep things fun and show appreciation for the agents hard dedicated work. One of my favorite call centers to have been able to work and be a part of.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say!

Pros

Remote friendly environment. Good work life balance. Encourages professional growth, although they don't offer any good quality practical resources for upgrading skills. They used to have corporate Udemy, but they have discontinued it. You can complete professional courses but with your own money.

Cons

CNX is a professional service company which provides IT, data modernization, AI ML solution along with broader UX solutions. There has been significant drop is corporate accounts lately causing many employees go on the bench and eventually being terminated. In many cases, employees are not treated respectfully. You don't have any specific assignment during the time on bench but at the same time you are blamed for not having any deliverable. Employees often accept humiliation as they are afraid of raising voice against managers.
