CNX is a professional service company which provides IT, data modernization, AI ML solution along with broader UX solutions. There has been significant drop is corporate accounts lately causing many employees go on the bench and eventually being terminated.
In many cases, employees are not treated respectfully. You don't have any specific assignment during the time on bench but at the same time you are blamed for not having any deliverable. Employees often accept humiliation as they are afraid of raising voice against managers.
