Pros

Nothing to say as it is very toxic

Cons

Toxic culture. Treating IT employees with BPO culture. Team members and Manager won't support you. When you get blocked due to access issues people will throw negative shade on you. Hired for react position but giving tasks on python, flask, gitlab-ci, kubernetes, data engineering streams like azure data factory, snowflake. They will literally torture you. Managers are not maintaining professionalism, they will say, we are paying and do whatever requirement irrespective of technology. They ask us to provide production support on week ends.

Pros

Remote friendly environment. Good work life balance. Encourages professional growth, although they don't offer any good quality practical resources for upgrading skills. They used to have corporate Udemy, but they have discontinued it. You can complete professional courses but with your own money.

Cons

CNX is a professional service company which provides IT, data modernization, AI ML solution along with broader UX solutions. There has been significant drop is corporate accounts lately causing many employees go on the bench and eventually being terminated. In many cases, employees are not treated respectfully. You don't have any specific assignment during the time on bench but at the same time you are blamed for not having any deliverable. Employees often accept humiliation as they are afraid of raising voice against managers.
