Coming from experience in the digital agency world for 10+ years - it was beyond refreshing to find a place that's not only close to home without the commute to the city, but also constantly evolving and growing, open to feedback, and management trying their hardest to make it a company where employees can thrive in specialist types of roles. The people are great, we work with amazing agencies, and there's also some awesome perks - like Perk Cafe! And the work itself - people are proud about what they are doing, it's crystal clear. They are excited to be here, their passion shows, and all voices are heard. I have appreciated the new employee onboarding process, as they've provided the necessary tools needed to understand the business and services, but also have been so welcoming and you can feel the leave of thoughtfulness that went into it. Thrilled for what's to come next.
Cons
Just like any advertising agency, it's fast pace, performance is key, and expectations are there. We're also in growth mode. With that comes growing pains and areas to improve what we've got cooking and expand -e.g., training opportunities, internal communications. Importantly, think the difference here though is the team's care, willingness, and openness to work with the team collectively on these areas of opportunity and potential challenge.
