Pros
Salary is decent, but still very below market.
Cons
So the client is King, if they put pressure on your managers for deadlines, that pressure will come to you. -Due to the tight deadlines, you will have to write extremely spaghetti code, no proper reviews, manager ask you to just commit, and the QA will have to do the dirty work of testing your code as you never get time for Developer testing. It's a vicious unsustainable cycle. -Extremely tight deadlines -Work on weekends -Work on Public Holidays -Manager acts like a school principal and keeps you in line through fear -You are treated like a machine, you will be required to sit and code 8-9 hours straight. -If your deadline is not being met in normal work hours, be prepared to spend more time at office or get ready for your weekend to be destroyed. -There is mindset from managers to be thankful for not getting to do overtime or having to work on the weekend. Needless to say, the Human Resource Department is very unprofessional, lazy, and procrastinate alot. Please do join this company if you want to destroy your peace of mind.
