Pros
Great technology and great intentions. A lot of people come to work because they care about the people getting the product.
Cons
Career Path? What's that? Seems more like "screw up and move up" Mandatory Self-Assessment or "you will not get a merit increase", with a four month pause before any feed back. Go to India if you want to keep your job "We want to hear all of your C19 ideas!" but they don't really matter anyway
