Pros
The technology and product itself.
Cons
The management. Expect unintelligent kids who suck up to older management gaining leadership in your group. No matter how hard you work or dedicate to the company, if you're not friends with the right people- your career is more than over. I've stopped several friends from applying to this place because of the negative and hostile environment. The management expects hours and upon hours of overtime as pure charity work and will not compensate you. If possible stay as far away. It'll be the best move you make for your career. If you pursue the company, expect to be bored within a week of employment and fighting an unfair management system. The company runs you into a wall as far as applicable skills go in the medical device industry and you'll be stuck there.
