There isn't any good reasons to work here. They treat people like children and never want to listen to anything you have to say.... it's all about numbers. The pay sucks and they are a very cheap company when it comes to buying things the company needs when their policy is all about quality. There isn't ANY room for advancement. Working hard and dedication means NOTHING to them. There was a company outing a while ago and some upper managers were mad that the employees wanted to go!! What's the point of a company outing when they don't even want you to go?!? And if you go you have to use PTO to cover the hours! The company Im at right now had a company outing and shut down all departments for the day and paid us for the whole day even if we showed up for an hr. They actually appreciate their employees. RUNNNN!!!! Don't even bother with this company.
