CAD Engineering - avoid at all cost - CAD Engineer I Conformis Employee Review

CAD engineers are not treated as professionals. Work is highly repetitive and does not build skills that can be applied elsewhere. Essentially an hourly position - engineers are given productivity ratings by doing work faster than peers. Engineers are not given the ability to affect change. Supervisors treat their employees like units. There is no give-and-take, most employees work through lunch to increase productivity #'s. Employees are encouraged to make 1 point in meetings for participation - what is this, high school? Very poor work environment , minimal benefits
