2 paid holidays a year. Memorial Day and Labor Day. 2 weeks of PTO until 5 years employment. That’s supposed to cover sick/vacation/personal days. Not at all in line with industry standards. PTO gets taken if you have less than 8 hours in a day, however OT is based on a 40 hour work week. No credit is given for still having 90 hours in a pay period. 401k was cut from a 6% match to a 3% match. Communication is non existent from corporate. When new policies roll out no one is on the same page or knows what is going on. Don’t expect answers or replies from people whose job is literally “Chief People Officer” and their job is to answer questions. When asked tough questions they just ignore you and hope you go away. Health insurance leaves a lot to be desired. No payout for not taking the health insurance. You are no longer a person and are just a number to a bean counter in another state.
