pros, yes as they say in your interview it's in quark city but truly a place where you won't find any accommodation nearby. a vendor machine, games room that you also get probably in your hostels, paid foods are good but available only for morning shifts people.
Cons
well, the cons are umpteen I will explain you in my limited perspective. It's the worst company you can ever think to be a part of . this company will torment you from within especially if you choose this as your first company and you didn't have any reference of how other company works or in other popular word work culture. I request you for the sake of your sanity to not consider this company a place of preference where you can learn and grow or can even survive, if you have other options like Pearce or some other company please go for that. else you have to regret your decision of choosing this company, in one sentence CONGRUEX is a nightmare that you don't want to be a part of. if you are willing to join the telecom sector only you can opt for Amdocs, Pearce,rmsi, and many more are present in pan India please opt for some other rather than choosing CONGRUEX aka CHC Asia pacific Pvt ltd. well, it's true that you find politics is in every company more or less but the (congruex) is hell. chc was the first company that i have joined after working for 3 months i thought this how company's work but after I joined my second company my whole misconception falls flat on its face I got to know that I was in a trap of politics in short they exploits people and called them employees. I wish i would know about glassdoor at that time and read about the company chc i.e. now congruex i won't join this company, at that time the reviews were so bad that no one can think of being a part of such place. probably taking advantage of the fact that chc is merging with some other and knowing how poor their image is they have changed their name to CONGRUEX so that people's views get diverged and they can improve their image because no one is ready to join this company at that time also.
