I worked for a company owned by congruex. well before the purchase. since congruex step in I've seen the downward spiral of the company becoming worse. The pay is well below what it should be at all levels of the Telcom industry should be. I never had a pleasant or even a feeling of being helped with any interaction for corporate level, whether it be from the IT department or HR while trying to help those working for me had received their proper paycheck or full weeks per deim. to a fly by night test created by the safety guy for a certification.
