I wish I had just went ahead and moved on when this monster conglomerate ate our company. They not only won't support staff but actively create hostile work environments to get you to quit and then don't fill the spots, expecting all others to pick up the slack. Then cutting your pay, don't like it? That is how they downsize. It's a sinking ship. Run.
