Worst Company - ENGINEER-1 Congruex Employee Review

During my worktime got no mental peace, they just play with employees and damage their mental health and physical health as well. Continuous project movement without proper training lot of politics and mismanagement is going on. I just felt miserable each single day. Would never recommend. They hire employees from any experience level and force them to work for production and people who are junior working as Leader hear. Even they have 3 months notice period which they will not disclose until u have already started your work at this company. Only join if u want to loss your peace and health. Even they layoff 500+ employees within 1 day without prior notice.
