Pros

* Good Place to learn MSP industry and certain products are competitive in marketplace

Cons

* There's a top-down toxicity that comes from Leadership. Their conduct violates basic professional standards. It's not uncommon to witness screaming matches, profanity and public disparagement in meetings here. * A recurring pattern I see is being “quick to fire." Even employees with excellent reviews can face abrupt termination at any moment. This pervasive fear prevents us from making any significant life decisions, such as buying homes, cars, or starting families. Meanwhile leadership enjoys lavish lifestyles and golden parachutes. * Employees work under the constant fear of making visible mistakes, which can lead to even more errors when they try to cover it up. It ruins collaboration and teaches teams and individuals that self preservation must be your top goal if you are to survive. I have heard people boast with a smile on their face "I'm going to get someone fired." * There is a notable racial hierarchy with white men dominating nearly all leadership roles. Despite numerous management reshuffles, the trend continues to hold. There is a definite glass ceiling here If you are not a white man.

Pros

You get right into cyber sales and b2b. Good start and resume builder. But a stepping stone.

Cons

Huge non compete so most of the market is off limits. Although there is zero holding them back from hiring from the laid off group of their own competitors. Which points to how little they actually trainer you at any level. They are ran by sales managers not leaders. RSM side is hit or miss CRO burned half the sales floor, 50% turn over. Hired all the laid off kaseya reps and then quit Research the team you are looking to work on, reach out to reps and don’t get sold. Most new reps are getting paid significantly more than existing reps. They will low ball all internal reps into low earning positions and keep moving goal posts. One rep could be at 70/30 while the new person they train/ mentor is at 90/90.
