Which points to how little they actually trainer you at any level. They are ran by sales managers not leaders. RSM side is hit or miss CRO burned half the sales floor, 50% turn over. Hired all the laid off kaseya reps and then quit Research the team you are looking to work on, reach out to reps and don’t get sold. Most new reps are getting paid significantly more than existing reps. They will low ball all internal reps into low earning positions and keep moving goal posts. One rep could be at 70/30 while the new person they train/ mentor is at 90/90.
