Connectwise is undoubtedly the best Job I have ever had! I feel alive every day. I am challenged yet not overwhelmed mainly due to the support and guidance I receive from my co-workers and Management. Everyone is willing to assist, teach and mentor and I do not feel insecure about going to someone for help. New ideas are encouraged. Failure is looked upon as a learning experience; not that I have failed, yet, however I am not afraid of being locked in the stockade when that day comes. Here is a Big one… The Software WORKS! What a concept. I have never felt more confident selling a solution in my 20 years of software experience. The Software not only works but it changes lives. It truly does. Once we get the often inundated future Partner to see the Forest through the Trees and the Solution is implemented their lives change for the better. Many current Partners refer to the LabTech Solution as, “My Vacation Making Time Tool.” Also, the term Partner is not an fancy word to describe a customer. Our Customers are Partners in every way. The amount of resources offered to our Partners is significant. University material and certifications, CharTec memberships and help groups. We have a complete Business Group devoted solely to Partner success. This group actually teaches an MSP how to be a successful MSP. I do not know many companies that show their clients how to run their show more efficiently and profitably. I could go on and on…This is a Great Place to work. I am proud and privileged to be a part of this awesome Organization.
