Pros

Connectwise used to be an outstanding place to work until mergers and buy outs. When it was separate companies such as Labtech, Connectwise, Screen Connect, etc; it was an amazing place to work, but the pay was not up to standard but perks and great place to work and great colleagues made up for below industry pay. Then the mergers and buy outs happened and positions were outsourced outside of USA which is fine to a degree; but the replaced workers with personnel in other countries for less money.

Cons

- Outsourced outside USA - Low pay well below industry average (except CEO and Managers still make top dollar for poor management) -dont care about Partners (customers); only closing tickets in bulk fixed or not. - employees forced back to office in Tampa and made to pay for parking out of pocket with no pay increase or stipend. - Promotions happen amongst friends; not those that deserve it - Most managers unqualified and dont care - Most personnel will step on everyone to get ahead - This company finds bogus reasoning to let long time 10 yeared employees go so they can save money

Pros

You get right into cyber sales and b2b. Good start and resume builder. But a stepping stone.

Cons

Huge non compete so most of the market is off limits. Although there is zero holding them back from hiring from the laid off group of their own competitors. Which points to how little they actually trainer you at any level. They are ran by sales managers not leaders. RSM side is hit or miss CRO burned half the sales floor, 50% turn over. Hired all the laid off kaseya reps and then quit Research the team you are looking to work on, reach out to reps and don’t get sold. Most new reps are getting paid significantly more than existing reps. They will low ball all internal reps into low earning positions and keep moving goal posts. One rep could be at 70/30 while the new person they train/ mentor is at 90/90.
