sometimes the processes can be a bit difficult and manual.
a lot of companies are moving to flexible work hours or 9/80 work weeks. Employees like their work/life balance. These could be great incentives.

Thank you for your acknowledgment that the people here are great. We wholeheartedly feel we are fortunate to have so many dedicated folks working here. We do recognize, as you indicated, much more opportunity to improve our systems. Flexible scheduling is certainly viable in some areas already. There are some other jobs where flexible schedules don’t work as well given business requirements.
