Poor management, Poor work environment, The management and upper management would all pressure you into doing things that were not ethical they cared more about closing sales and pressuring customers into doing things than actually helping customers but wouldnt handle the consequences manager was always leaving early and never doing his job would show up high and/or drunk and would pressure you into covering shifts and not give you a day off but complain about working more then 45 hours because he was "salary and thats all he gets paid for" would blame others for not doing his job and would get his higher ups to lie for him as well
