I was really upset because the owner didn't take care of a problem that was bothering us. They treated some employees better than others when it came to benefits, and we had no idea why. They didn't explain anything to us, which made us feel unimportant and disrespected. It was sad to see how the owner didn't care about our concerns and didn't even consider improving our benefits. This made our work environment feel really demotivating and made us feel less loyal to the company.
