Pros

Like every job - there are always downsides to go with the upsides. Overall, Connelly is a solid employer, but the actual day to day experience is more determined by the foreman, general foreman, the job site, and the crew you're on - oh and your own attitude. Typically, everything is well stocked tool wise and material wise. Occasionally you get jobs with material shortages. Generally, high quality work is expected and time is allowed for it.

Cons

Sometimes, the smaller sites are less supported due to the smaller budget and less office staff. Big jobs can be a pain if you're stuck on terrible tasks with apprentice status, or disliked journeyman status. Sometimes you get leadership who wants you to rush or not worry about craftmenship as much as you should - all in the name of making themselves feel better (avoiding looking bad to the bosses, or wanting to get ahead). Its a production industry - time is practically always against you, so take that for what it is.
