Pay and decent benefits; day hours but should be open half day on a Saturday to benefit customers.
Cons
Employees lacking ambition, stay in same position for years or with company for years; take no ownership; micromanaging; work with daily resentful complainers; Don't look out for customers (members). Very insular group of people but that comes from a small town existence. Trying to get bigger but at expense of members and employees 401K withdrawals (admin fees at $125 per withdrawal). No ambition among many employees; stay in same jobs for years. Hire persons with non professional backgrounds. They "promote" this wide ranging culture and values but really don't live up to it. CEO acts too folksy for this type of business. Losing members/account holders ($$$). Those employees working remotely have it very easy.
