They lay people off, upper management constantly sends lies down the chain. Very disorganized, no communication between depts or managers. Company is in massive debt and lost business partners, cutting benefits and bonuses. They only hire external people rather than promote someone who knows what they’re doing, expect you to have multiple degrees for entry level work.
