Pros

PTO and Health Benefits are the only thing keeping me here. Good management in my current role. The 401K match and HSA contribution is wonderful. Working fully remote is a fantastic perk, especially with most companies seemingly moving back to "in office" environments.

Cons

Pay/Compensation is well below the average in most positions. Management is not consistent depending on which department you land in. My pay scale was switched halfway through the year. In the current position, I started out as a salaried employee and just received a notice that I am being converted back to hourly, which messes with the utilization of a flexible schedule, PTO benefits, etc... One of the core values within the company is transparency but it feels like there is very little of that all around. It feels like the company is a sinking ship.

third-party partners are not always smooth to work with, can affect the member experience which impacts overall work environment, also lots of changes take place can be a fast paced place to work if you do not handle change well.
