Pros
They care about employees. They listen to all points of view. They are growing quickly and on the right road for success. Employee stock plan. Good benefits. Work hard, play hard mentality. No shirkers will succeed here. Hybrid working opportunities across the country. Great team members invested in my success as much as their own
Cons
Future is bright since spinoff from Ziff Davis, but management is under tremendous pressure. Sales training on new products is imperative. Not many cons at all. All companies have some dysfunction. This one has less than any in my experience.
