Pros
Remote Work for most employees. Unless you live "within reason" you have to commute some days. But most days of work are done remotely.
Cons
New ownership/leadership is sinking this once great company. They use to hire only US based customer support but with new ownership they have outsourced to Canada, Mexico and India. The customer base as a whole hated this transition. Verbal abuse of staff from customers was an everyday occurrence. Few good managers/people remain employed there but those in charge are just there to micromanage; over your shoulder to make sure you get to the next interaction within 60 - 120 secs.
