The people at Constant Contact are the best. When I joined 4 years ago, I was humbled by the level of skill and craftsmanship of developers on the engineering team. But I was even more surprised by how approachable they all were, and how eager they were to share their knowledge and get me up to speed on all aspects of the product. It's a very healthy environment to work, the leadership team advocates for a good work-life balance, and I like their mission to help small business customers. It's a great place to learn and grow professionally. Also, all the engineers are in the same building, which is great for team communication.
