Pros

Joined ConstructConnect to help drive the shift toward a true Product Operating Model (POM), and it’s been one of the more rewarding chapters in my career. If you care about outcomes over output, modern engineering practices, and using data/AI to actually move the needle for customers (contractors, architects, manufacturers), this is a genuinely excellent place to do that work and drive outcomes for the customers and business. - Stable product teams, clear charters, and outcome-based roadmaps are becoming the norm. Product, Engineering, Data, and ML are increasingly aligned around customer problems instead of project checklists. - The C-suite is leaning into AI and modernization; it’s tied directly to growth and strategy. - Impactful work in preconstruction. You get to build tools that actually matter to the ecosystem - helping contractors, estimators, and manufacturers work smarter and faster. It’s a niche, but it’s meaningful and growing to power the AMERICAN DREAM. -Across product, engineering, sales, and customer success, most folks genuinely want to do the right thing for customers and for each other. Low ego, approachable leadership, and room to influence.

Cons

There are older platforms and custom workflows with discipline to modernize. Do not expect a pure greenfield startup environment.

Pros

I actually waited until after the latest QBR before writing this review because I wanted to see if all the time and effort being put into AI would make a real difference. It was great to see the results starting to show. It's exciting to be part of a company that's willing to invest in the future instead of waiting for everyone else to figure it out first. I had a great experience working at ConstructConnect. One thing that really stood out was how seriously the company invested in AI. Instead of just talking about it, leadership rolled out three waves of AI training across the company and encouraged everyone to learn and actually use AI in their day-to-day work. It wasn't just for engineering either. Teams across the business got involved. The CEO and CTO deserve a lot of credit for driving this. They created a culture where trying new ideas was encouraged, and people were given the tools and support to make AI part of how they work instead of treating it like another corporate initiative. Overall, great people, supportive leadership, and a company that's always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

Nothing that stands out. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I appreciated the company's willingness to embrace change and innovation.

Pros

I'm confident ConstructConnect is the best place I've worked. From day one, it's clear this company genuinely lives and breathes its People First culture — not just as a talking point, but in tangible, everyday ways I've never experienced elsewhere. The culture is warm, collaborative, and fun. Management is truly invested in your growth — my manager proactively works with me on career development strategies, is upfront about where she wants me to be, and is equally open to my own goals and preferences. That kind of two-way investment is rare. Learning and development are baked into how we work. We have four dedicated "Library Hours" per week to focus on growing our knowledge — whether that's learning more about the company, our products, or our individual fields. It's a small thing that signals a lot. Beyond professional growth, there's real meaning in the work itself. We hear directly from customers how ConstructConnect has helped them land projects and grow their businesses — knowing our work helps build thriving communities is genuinely motivating. Strong Learning & Development — monthly learning offerings from our People & Culture team keep leaders and team members up to speed on the latest tools and protocols. A detailed onboarding program supports new hires as they ramp up. Benefits are generous — open PTO, strong flexibility depending on your team and role, and a hybrid work environment that has given me an excellent work/life balance.

Cons

This is a growing company, and change comes with that. If you struggle with change, take note — but for those who embrace it, the opportunities are there.
