Pros

CC is normally a 5 star for me

Cons

As I said, my employer is usually a 5 star company. However, new Tech leadership is implementing arbitrary & unclear methods for evaluating performance. They are scrutinizing PTO (we are an unlimited PTO company), and tanking the morale of high performing teams. I recommend anyone interviewing for a job within IT or Product to wait until they get this sorted.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve experienced many aspects of the company as positive, and we take concerns about morale and clarity very seriously. Open PTO is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring we can meet customer commitments and that teams can plan coverage responsibly. The intent is to provide flexibility while also ensuring teams can plan appropriately and deliver for customers. Like many organizations, we periodically review how policies are being applied to reinforce consistent expectations around planning, coverage, and performance because fairness matters. When time off is not planned well or coverage isn’t maintained, it can place an uneven burden on teammates and impact delivery. We are actively working to improve communication and incorporate input from employees and leaders across the company. The company continues to use a balanced performance evaluation that rewards strong contribution and outcomes, makes expectations explicit, and treats people with fairness and respect — while still holding ourselves to high standards of delivery and collaboration. We appreciate candid feedback, and we remain committed to maintaining a strong culture; one that balances flexibility with accountability and treats high-performing teams fairly. If you are a current employee, we encourage you to share specific examples through our internal channels so we can address them directly.

Pros

I actually waited until after the latest QBR before writing this review because I wanted to see if all the time and effort being put into AI would make a real difference. It was great to see the results starting to show. It's exciting to be part of a company that's willing to invest in the future instead of waiting for everyone else to figure it out first. I had a great experience working at ConstructConnect. One thing that really stood out was how seriously the company invested in AI. Instead of just talking about it, leadership rolled out three waves of AI training across the company and encouraged everyone to learn and actually use AI in their day-to-day work. It wasn't just for engineering either. Teams across the business got involved. The CEO and CTO deserve a lot of credit for driving this. They created a culture where trying new ideas was encouraged, and people were given the tools and support to make AI part of how they work instead of treating it like another corporate initiative. Overall, great people, supportive leadership, and a company that's always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

Nothing that stands out. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I appreciated the company's willingness to embrace change and innovation.

Pros

I'm confident ConstructConnect is the best place I've worked. From day one, it's clear this company genuinely lives and breathes its People First culture — not just as a talking point, but in tangible, everyday ways I've never experienced elsewhere. The culture is warm, collaborative, and fun. Management is truly invested in your growth — my manager proactively works with me on career development strategies, is upfront about where she wants me to be, and is equally open to my own goals and preferences. That kind of two-way investment is rare. Learning and development are baked into how we work. We have four dedicated "Library Hours" per week to focus on growing our knowledge — whether that's learning more about the company, our products, or our individual fields. It's a small thing that signals a lot. Beyond professional growth, there's real meaning in the work itself. We hear directly from customers how ConstructConnect has helped them land projects and grow their businesses — knowing our work helps build thriving communities is genuinely motivating. Strong Learning & Development — monthly learning offerings from our People & Culture team keep leaders and team members up to speed on the latest tools and protocols. A detailed onboarding program supports new hires as they ramp up. Benefits are generous — open PTO, strong flexibility depending on your team and role, and a hybrid work environment that has given me an excellent work/life balance.

Cons

This is a growing company, and change comes with that. If you struggle with change, take note — but for those who embrace it, the opportunities are there.
