Pros

You can climb the ConstructConnect ladder if you want

Cons

This company takes good companies, purchases them and fills them with bad management. They only care about the bottom line and they will walk all over whoever they have to in order to get there. Most of the positive reviews they have seem to be fabricated because they are too generic. The benefits aren't even that good. My company was flourishing and as soon as CC took it over, there was high turnaround and people getting fired, or "let go" without being allowed to say goodbye. They were family, but soon enough the environment felt toxic and HR did not care. Dave Conway is a nice human but takes too long to utter a sentence, there are innumerable meetings of listening to him slowly drone on. Bad management will run these purchased companies into the ground, which I feel is part of their plan so they can wipe out most solutions and make theirs feel the most viable. I felt I needed to leave before I was going to get fired myself. Maybe if you're new, it'll seem like every other mediocre call center job, but it was just such a shame to see the metamorphosis.

Pros

I actually waited until after the latest QBR before writing this review because I wanted to see if all the time and effort being put into AI would make a real difference. It was great to see the results starting to show. It's exciting to be part of a company that's willing to invest in the future instead of waiting for everyone else to figure it out first. I had a great experience working at ConstructConnect. One thing that really stood out was how seriously the company invested in AI. Instead of just talking about it, leadership rolled out three waves of AI training across the company and encouraged everyone to learn and actually use AI in their day-to-day work. It wasn't just for engineering either. Teams across the business got involved. The CEO and CTO deserve a lot of credit for driving this. They created a culture where trying new ideas was encouraged, and people were given the tools and support to make AI part of how they work instead of treating it like another corporate initiative. Overall, great people, supportive leadership, and a company that's always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

Nothing that stands out. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I appreciated the company's willingness to embrace change and innovation.

Pros

I'm confident ConstructConnect is the best place I've worked. From day one, it's clear this company genuinely lives and breathes its People First culture — not just as a talking point, but in tangible, everyday ways I've never experienced elsewhere. The culture is warm, collaborative, and fun. Management is truly invested in your growth — my manager proactively works with me on career development strategies, is upfront about where she wants me to be, and is equally open to my own goals and preferences. That kind of two-way investment is rare. Learning and development are baked into how we work. We have four dedicated "Library Hours" per week to focus on growing our knowledge — whether that's learning more about the company, our products, or our individual fields. It's a small thing that signals a lot. Beyond professional growth, there's real meaning in the work itself. We hear directly from customers how ConstructConnect has helped them land projects and grow their businesses — knowing our work helps build thriving communities is genuinely motivating. Strong Learning & Development — monthly learning offerings from our People & Culture team keep leaders and team members up to speed on the latest tools and protocols. A detailed onboarding program supports new hires as they ramp up. Benefits are generous — open PTO, strong flexibility depending on your team and role, and a hybrid work environment that has given me an excellent work/life balance.

Cons

This is a growing company, and change comes with that. If you struggle with change, take note — but for those who embrace it, the opportunities are there.
