Pros

Family friendly, work from home. Decent pay and benefits

Cons

Toxic work environment. New CEO seems remote, vindictive and very woke. Ditto for HR. Small company environments need to focus on business, not on woke initiatives. Not enough sales engagement tools and weak lead generation. I think Roper is grooming the CEO for something else.

ConstructConnect Response

At ConstructConnect, results matter. That is why we focus so heavily on achieving a clear set of measurable objectives, which include sales and lead generation metrics. However, we believe strongly that a company is more than its numbers. Fostering and valuing diversity within our team, supporting the well-being of our team members through mental health and other initiatives, and prioritizing team engagement are what truly make ConstructConnect a great place to work. If there are tools you need to help you be more successful in your role, I encourage you to share them with your manager or our CRO.

Pros

Forward thinking leadership with a clear AI and technology vision. State-of-the-art agentic development tools and engineering practices Strong investment in employee learning and AI enablement Faster innovation and significantly shorter delivery cycles Empowered teams with increasing end-to-end ownership A culture that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement An opportunity to help shape the future of the construction technology industry

Cons

The pace of transformation is fast, and expectations are high. Employees who prefer traditional processes or highly structured, slower-moving environments may find the transition challenging.

Pros

I actually waited until after the latest QBR before writing this review because I wanted to see if all the time and effort being put into AI would make a real difference. It was great to see the results starting to show. It's exciting to be part of a company that's willing to invest in the future instead of waiting for everyone else to figure it out first. I had a great experience working at ConstructConnect. One thing that really stood out was how seriously the company invested in AI. Instead of just talking about it, leadership rolled out three waves of AI training across the company and encouraged everyone to learn and actually use AI in their day-to-day work. It wasn't just for engineering either. Teams across the business got involved. The CEO and CTO deserve a lot of credit for driving this. They created a culture where trying new ideas was encouraged, and people were given the tools and support to make AI part of how they work instead of treating it like another corporate initiative. Overall, great people, supportive leadership, and a company that's always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

Nothing that stands out. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I appreciated the company's willingness to embrace change and innovation.
