Pros
They’re a multinational tech company in a niche sub-industry. On paper, this allows you to be an SME on their product. Most people are relatively young on average and easy to get along with.
Cons
Do not let management’s reviews on here mislead you. Steer clear of this place unless you absolutely need the money or if you’re at the end of your career. For a tech company which should pride itself on being cutting edge, it’s corporate culture is unbelievably terrible and stuck in the 20th century. They will offer a higher salary to get you into the door but once you’re in, you are thrown into the deep end. Micromanagement is evident here and it must stem from a lack of trust. This is bred by the current culture at CG. Expect to be in the office every day unless you have it written to you otherwise. Everything is outdated and training materials are substandard. There are competitors that have been around for the same amount of time or less who clearly care for their employees.
