Pros
I will start with the obvious (visually) from the location, offices, company events, salaries, friendly staff to all of the other little perks! There is great career progression if you are hungry enough to grab it, it is clear that there are plenty of options but as the individual you need to decide what you'd like to do and propose how you will achieve it. Of course nothing is handed to you on a plate, you need to work and earn everything. Training opportunities (internal and external) are becoming more readily available to individuals, there seems to be a growing focus on personal development (investing in your staff to obtain the best from them in your work force)
Cons
Parking - this is going to become an issue as we expand and I am interested to see what the solution will be, although that said there is parking (free) across the road. Always busy, although this in itself is a good point, it can also be negative as work loads are often greater than 9-5:30 hours, although I have seen a vast improvement in team sizes, which hopefully will alleviate this.
