Pros

Good reputation-- I think...? Nice, clean facility Cheerful environment You can wear fun/colorful scrubs- no set uniform Tuition reimbursement Fun events (but they are supposed to be "for patients" when really its just the employees with nothing better to do who go) Starbucks and Chickfila on site Therapy dogs!

Cons

The work environment can be very different from one unit to the next. Upper management does not practice what they preach. RN new hires seem to often be the same type of person: bubbly attractive new-grad females from TCU or other expensive colleges. Residency program is great for new grads but excludes older nurses with experience in other types of nursing.
