All levels of management are toxic and trickle down on entire organization which is relatively small. No communication as to objective or strategy much less management face time as a whole with the workforce. Zero recognition within the health plan, zero mentorship, zero emphasis on team building, and leadership is virtually non-existent. If you are person who goes against the status quo they will shoot you down.
