Pros
The salary is excellent for GMs and often the people you work with can be amazing, but not always.
Cons
Cookout expects Cookout to be your first and only priority. If you are a GM don't expect to have anything approaching a life because the moment one thing goes wrong in your store, you're hauled in to fix it. It doesn't matter if you just came off a 16 hour shift or if it's your day off or even if it's something an assistant manager should be able to handle on their own. There are minimum 11 hour shifts with no breaks and often no time to carry out administrative tasks. It's a thoroughly exhausting and stressful job. Plus while some people are amazing often than not the staff is just out to cover their own butts and will not hesitate to lie about your or themselves to their own benefit.
