Pros

Pay is great, every manager recieves a quartley bonus lowest ive heard of for an assistant $1100, my first bonus as an assistant was $2200. My yearly salary to start was 40k. Advancment quick if your willing to work, don't request off or call in sick :) Most GM's make roughly 80k while i know of other GMS that make over 100k. You can advance quickly if your a hard worker and in the right place at the right time. Company is growing quickly which leaves a lot of room for growth. I was able to advance to GM within 6 months.

Cons

Way to many hours. It not so much the hours being the issue but when, as many reviews stated, you close before a day off then have to open the next day its like not even getting a day off. For example: If you close monday night you go to work at 430am my store closes at 4am, and of course cleaning has to be done...a good fast close is about an hour and 15 minutes if its a slow close it could take up to 2 hours. So now your off work at 530am drive home and get to bed on wed...we'll say by 6am then you have to turn around and be to work wednesday morning at 630am.
