Not sure, I hear the money is good? The food is good, but they really didn't seem concerned with their presentation.
Cons
I was hired as a manager in training at a newly opened store. 90 percent of the staff where managers from other stores(so you would think they would be awesome trainers) The first day, I started about 8am and was given to a girl who really didn't want to train me. So I cut onions and broke down boxes, swept floors etc. No big deal, it has to be done and you need to learn the business right? Around 5pm they finally got around to doing my new hire paperwork, which they didn't have the correct tax forms. And I never got a tour of the place or introduced to anyone. The next day, I did the same thing till mid afternoon when they decided to put me on the line making sandwiches and calling out the stuff I needed to complete them with the correct condiments added. They gave me an hour to learn the menu. (they should have sent the sandwich info home with me the night prior) Then threw me in the mix....Now, remember these are all managers that I am working with.....The guy next to me is grabbing things out of my hands, and making noises to the effect that I am really frustrating him. Really? Anyway I have been in the restaurant business my entire life, and never had this kind of experience. I was really hoping for a call for a exit interview, but I never got that.....or paid for the time i was there......
