Pros
You can get a lot of hours which helps with the low pay. The food is quality and you get a 30 minute break with half price food for every shift, regardless of length.
Cons
General Managers treat workers with no respect. You have to work long arduous shifts with little time for a break. Pay is extremely low. It is said that you are supposed to get raises as you learn each station, for training people, and for closing. I can run every station, have trained numerous people, and close the store on a regular basis yet I am still paid my starting pay of 7.25$. This wouldn't be too bad if as an employee we were given deserved respect and the managers stuck to their word and the companies general policies. There have been many occasions I have seen managers break the same policies they reprimand employees for not following.
